ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order? You can browse our collection directly on our website and place your order online. If you have specific requirements or would like a custom handpan, you can also contact us directly and we will guide you through the process.

Do you offer custom handpans? Yes. We have been crafting custom instruments since 1991 and we love working with musicians to bring their vision to life. Tuning, scale, and finish can all be discussed. Simply reach out to our team to start the conversation.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation.


DELIVERY

Do you ship outside of the United States? We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take? For handpans in stock, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within the US.

For custom handpans, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for crafting before shipping. Every instrument is made entirely by hand in our US workshop — great things take time.

How is my handpan shipped? Every handpan is carefully packed in a protective hardcase and shipped via insured courier with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on all standard orders over $500.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your handpan for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, undamaged condition.

How do I initiate a return? Simply email us at canvashome0s@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for all returns.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned handpan, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Are custom orders refundable? Because custom handpans are made specifically for you, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has begun. The remaining balance is only charged upon completion and your approval.

Are your handpans suitable for beginners? Absolutely. You do not need any musical experience to play a handpan — it is one of the most intuitive instruments in the world. We also offer personalized guidance with every purchase to help you get started.

What scales do you offer? We offer a wide range of scales including D Minor, C# Minor, F# Minor, Kurd, Celtic, and many more. If you are unsure which scale suits you, our team is happy to advise based on your taste and intended use.

What is the difference between your models? Our handpans vary in the number of notes, materials, and tonal character. Each model page on our website includes a full description and audio sample so you can hear the difference before buying.

How do I care for my handpan? Keep your handpan dry and clean it gently with a soft cloth after each use. Apply a light coat of protective oil every few months to preserve the steel. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. Full care instructions are included with every purchase.
