1. General By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our store.

2. Products All our handpans are handcrafted in Bali by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our instruments, slight variations in appearance may occur — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Each handpan is individually tuned and quality-checked before shipment.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Applicable taxes and duties may apply depending on your country.

4. Payment We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

5. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order — not that it has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Handcrafting & Processing Time Every handpan is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your instrument to be handcrafted, tuned, and prepared for shipment.

7. Shipping Orders are shipped within 5–8 business days after processing. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

8. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The handpan must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

9. Damaged or Defective Items If your handpan arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

10. Warranty Each handpan comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

11. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your handpan will have entered the crafting process and cancellations may not be possible.

12. Intellectual Property All content on our website including images, text, and videos is the property of our store and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the original purchase price.
